This was the talk I gave at the Bridging Sky & Earth: Embody Your Star Wisdom Summit held March 8, 2022.

 

During the Aquarius New Moon, as I was doing my early morning walk, I got insights on how I can (and get to) serve the collective through my offerings as Embodyment & Human Potential Guide, at this time,  It came as an excitement that felt electric, so I noted it down.  A few days after, I got invited to join the summit as an embodiment guide.  It was so timely, like an affirmative wink from the Universe telling me I got the message right, so I thought it would be positively potent to share the magick here.

This was an embodiment session we explored at the Let Love Win! Global Women's Community last March 31, 2022.

New Moons can get sensitive, as the moon is not reflecting the light from the sun, leaving us to feel like we are lost in the dark.

 

It was a potent moment to explore the different sensations or emotions that have arisen - to honor them and give them space to speak, be heard or breathe, and as we do also melt into the love and support that has all ways held us all, to soothe, nourish, nurture and balance. A perfect mind and body honoring, blessing and reflection.

This was a yoga session I gave at the Mercury Retrograde Alchemy Summit held March 24, 2021.  

Mercury Retrogrades are always a wonderful opportunity to go within and relax from the grips of linear thinking to explore and experience life in a different way, and a slow, mindful embodiment practise comes timely. 

 

The science of breathing and moving is shared in this session, along with the power of rest and stillness, to revive and replenish the energies and vitality of mind, heart, body and soul.
